Stepping Out Program
Independence is a core value at Tullybrook. Through carefully designed experiences and supports, participants are encouraged to develop essential life skills. This emphasis on independence not only enhances quality of life but also prepares participants for greater autonomy in various aspects of daily living.
All programs are Individualised by combining the goals provided by the participants therapists -Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy along with their NDIS plan goals to develop a nature-based program.
Peer Program
At Tullybrook, community connection is a cornerstone of our programs. Peer Program participants continue to build on skills they have developed in their one to one Stepping Out Programs. We strive to promote vibrant and inclusive local communities where individuals can forge lasting friendships, share experiences, and develop a strong sense of belonging. By fostering social interactions and collaborative experiences, Tullybrook creates an environment where participants can thrive both personally and socially.
Tullybrook prioritise individuals experiencing or at risk of social isolation.
School Leaver Employment Support Program (SLES)
Tullybrook places a strong emphasis on equipping participants with pre-employment skills. By offering individualised skill building, and real life hands-on experiences, we support individuals to develop the practical skills necessary for future employment opportunities. Pre-employment skill building begins well before the job interview including, social skills, risk assessment and boundaries, planning and following instruction also working as part of a team.
Supporting these early stages of skill development is Tullybrook's specialist area.
Our focus on pre-employment skills empowers participants to pursue meaningful and valued roles in their community.
