Pre-Employment Skill Building
Tullybrook places a strong emphasis on equipping participants with pre-employment skills. By offering individualised skill building, and real life hands-on experiences, we support individuals to develop the practical skills necessary for future employment opportunities. Pre-employment skill building begins well before the job interview including, social skills, risk assessment and boundaries, planning and following instruction also working as part of a team.
Supporting these early stages of skill development is Tullybrook's specialist area..
Our focus on pre-employment skills empowers participants to pursue meaningful and valued roles in their community.

Micro Enterprise
At Tullybrook, we empower participants to build their own micro-businesses by harnessing their unique skills and interests. Through personalised guidance and support, we help them transform their passions into sustainable ventures, fostering independence and self-confidence.

Job Carving
Job carving is a tailored employment approach that involves breaking down a traditional job role into smaller, more manageable tasks. This method allows for the creation of new roles that match the unique skills, strengths, and abilities of individuals.. By focusing on specific tasks rather than an entire job description, job carving helps to match an individual’s capabilities with the needs of the employer, resulting in a mutually beneficial arrangement.
